Returns

The Shirt Bus will accept returns of un-worn merchandise if there is a defect in the shirt within 28 days of delivery.

Because we are a print on demand retailer and each shirt is custom printed, there are no returns for any reason other than defects. While free returns has become the norm for big box online retailers, this comes at a huge cost to the environment, you and independent sellers. Exchanges

We will gladly replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a shirt please send us an email at dave@theshirtbus.com.

An exchange due to an incorrect size does not constitute a defect so please be sure to refer to the sizing charts on the about our shirts page prior to ordering.
